Time to Rise
 
6 am, rouse the dead
time to rise, get out of your head
 
breathe, breathe; jump, jump
dive inside and have a thump
 
stand so still it aches inside
let the energy rise and rise
 
mind is gone, no longer yacking
all my woes have beeen sent packing
 
love, fill me up, and let me fly
a wonderous world inside have I
 
and celebrate this lovely life
